Clear Creek Canyon is unique in the quantity and quality of its rapids. It has more rapids than nearly any other commercially run stretch of whitewater in the nation. It is also free-flowing, meaning that the water levels change throughout the season, offering a variety of experiences. In addition to world-class rafting, it is also the home of the 1859 Gold Rush. Gold is still found in the creek by intrepid miners using pans and dredges. Guests will pass many sites of historical significance related to the Gold Rush while rafting on Clear Creek. Clear Creek is also conveniently located nearby Denver and other surrounding resorts, making it the perfect day-trip excursion.

This wonderful Colorado River float trip is a gently flowing section that is inviting to all ages. You’ll encounter a few small rapids as the Colorado River winds through the Gore Range and Mountain Ranchland. This is a relaxing day with time to sunbathe, swim or just relax and enjoy the day on your Colorado River rafting trip. You get to explore the giant red rock formations in this National Natural Landmark before you ride the Cog Railway to the highest summit in the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains at 14,115 feet. Be prepared for communal, conversational seating (meaning opposing rows face each other, typical of train travel). For taller guests, that means you may be knocking knees a bit. To ride comfortably, we recommend that you strategically sit across from a short person. You're certainly not required to chat with the people across from you, even if you came together. But who knows! You might make a friend and have some laughs or a fun "small world" moment. We love those!

Over the next hour and a half we walk a loop around LoDo where we share stories of Denver’s first Chinatown, visit the most famous bordello of its time, visit the oldest operating hotel in Denver, and learn about the underground tunnel system that runs beneath the city.

This is the original ghost tour of Breckenridge since 2010. Ghost hunting tools provided as we walk the streets of downtown and hear the stories of life and death in this historic, mining town.

My tours are all private and clients have the ability to customize the tour. In addition I have my commercial insurance and am certified by the state of Colorado. Next a walk and drive through Garden of the Gods where you will see many different colorful collections of sandstone rock formations.  There are many unique formations and many of the them have names such as the  Kissing Camels and the Cathedral Spires because the formations resemble such objects.   Continuing on, we will stop in the charming town of Manitou Springs for a quick bite to eat and a few minutes of window shopping. Futhermore, you may sample water from the natural outdoor delicious water fountains. From Maitou Springs we will drive up Pikes Peak Mountain to an elevation of 14,105 feet where we gaze over the mountain ranges and see why Katherine Lee Bates wrote the lyrics to America the Beautiful as she took in the sights from the summit of this gorgeous mountain. After a great day we head back to Demver.

You’ll taste fresh house-made burrata, Mexican street tacos, Japanese fried chicken, specialty NY-style sourdough pizza and mochi donuts.* In between tour stops, your local foodie guide will share interesting stories about Denver’s growing culinary scene as well as the colorful murals that cover the streets and alleys of the RiNo Arts District. *Tastings are subject to change
