If you are traveling on a cruise ship ending in the port of Ravenna, this shore excursion will be perfect for you! In Venice we will securely store your luggage and take you on an exciting, unique adventure - skipping walking and crowds! We will pick you up and take you back to Parma and then move to Calestano, a very characteristic medieval village. Once you arrive, before you start to knead, we will visit the center of the village, the church and the historical part of it. With my help you can learn the secrets of Emilian cuisine. You can replicate at home an excellent homemade pasta topped with an excellent Italian sauce. Thanks to this experience you can surprise your friends and let them know the true Italian gastronomic culture. Once the lesson is over you will be able to prepare fettuccine, tagliatelle and pappardelle and, if you need it, I will personally send you the recipes we made together. We’ll have lunch/dinner together and you can enjoy the pasta you made and we’ll end up with an exceptional tiramisu (my friends say it’s the best they’ve ever eaten. Would you agree?)
