By booking a cooking class you are supporting the community's Wellness Community Center that provides physical activity programs, nutrition education, after school lectures for kids, health screenings, art and dance programs. You will see the local market women carrying things on their head as they try to sell their products. Once we return to the bar we will start to prepare the meal.
