This is the most booked Itinerary on Mount Cameroon. Hike to the Summit of Mt Cameroon(4095m) and descend to the beautiful lava fields to arrive Mann's Spring camp. You shall have the possibility to trek through the impressive craters of Mt Cameroon including the two most recent eruption of the year 1999 and 2000. This hike starts at Upper farms Buea and permits you to hike using the Guinness trail. This trail is the same used by athletes during the famous Guinness Mt Cameroon International Race. Most athletes do the summit and back in less than 4-hours. Mount Cameroon is a national park thus it's a protected area under the Ministry of Forestry and wildlife.
