Your guide will show around the old city built during the Oil boom that happened in the 19th century. Guests will visit the Upland Park by Famous Baku Funicular where you can see the panoramic view of the city, For the Private option guests will be picked up by car from Upland Park to visit Haydar Aliyev Cultural Center where is considered one of the most modern building.
